An efficient attribute-based encryption scheme based on SM9 encryption algorithm for dispatching and control cloud

Dispatching and Control Cloud (DCC) is a cloud platform constructed by State Grid Corporation with the technology of computing. DCC has improved overall operation monitoring capabilities, smart level many other advantages power grid. However, development been hampered security privacy issues. Secure unified identity authentication, access control authorisation management are significant topics in DCC. To find out solution for above, we have employed some encryption schemes using attribute-based encryption(ABE), as ABE can preserve users' achieve fine grain over encrypted information. SM9 kind Chinese official standard field cryptography, which contains algorithm (SM9-IBE). In this paper, an scheme based on SM9-IBE proposed, making support fine-grained would be better applied Our proposed (SM9-ABE) proven to great selective CPA model under DBDH assumption. Furthermore, implement SM9-ABE evaluate its practical performance. The implementation indicates our performs well matter functionality, at additional time cost acceptable.
